Jesse Lee is a Hong Kong-born Chinese designer, currently based between London and Hong Kong. He holds a Master’s degree in Menswear from the University of Westminster, UK, and a Fashion degree from Kingston University, UK. Jesse’s innovative approach to sustainable fashion has earned him multiple international awards, including First Prize in the Sportswear category at the 2022 International Talent Support (ITS).
In 2020, he received the Redress Design Award All-Star Prize for his collaboration with The R Collective and Levi’s® on the Denim Reimagined collection, which focused on upcycling and sustainability. In 2018, he won Second Prize in The Redress Design Award and received the Entrepreneurship Prize under the mentorship of Orsola de Castro. That same year, he also received the Hong Kong Best Prize for the same collection.
Jesse’s work has gained international recognition. He was a finalist in the Circular Design 2024—Asia-Pacific Region, the Hong Kong Young Fashion Designers’ Contest 2023 (YDC 2023), and the Hand & Lock Prize for Embroidery—Digital Embroidery category.
His designs not only reflect his passion for innovation and sustainability in fashion, but also demonstrate his vision to redefine the industry.
