Moon Li founded her fashion brand “LOCOWEED” in 2019. A graduate in film studies, she later pursued her dream in fashion design and won a major competition, which helped launch her design career. This success opened opportunities to create looks for Miss Hong Kong contestants and various entertainment celebrities.
In 2023, she launched her second venture, the perfume brand “OCO”. The brand now has distributors in Hong Kong, Taiwan, Spain, Japan, and Vietnam, expanding into global markets. In 2025, “OCO” was named Annual Innovative Fashion Brand of the Year.
